Well - Being
There's a few simple things we can do to support our wellbeing and health. These are often called 'protective factors'.
- Sleep - Getting a good quality sleep is really important to protect our mental health
- Stress - Finding activities that release stress - can be going for a walk, reading a book, puzzles and games.
- Nutrition - Eating a range of foods and ensuring we're giving our bodies good nutrients.
- Social Activities - Creating connections with family, friends and in our communities
- Physical Activity - Moving our bodies regularly helps improve our mental health
- Emotional Support - Trusted family and friends to talk to.
- Skill Development - Learning new skills helps support our mental health.
